Clash of the Titans Sequel Has its Writers

default-featured-image

Yesterday we revealed that Chainsaw: The Beginning director Jonathan Liebesman is the front-runner to direct Warner Bros.’ upcoming sequel to Louis Leterrier’s remake of Clash of the Titans, and though a director hasn’t been made official yet, two writers have been picked.

According to Variety the writing duo of David Leslie Johnson and Dan Mazeau will be crafting Perseus’ next adventure on paper for Warner.

Johnson penned last summer’s crazy-ass killer “kid” flick Orphan, and Mazeau’s worked on scripts for Jonny Quest and The Flash. That’s not a bad combination of horror know-how and action adventure. Please, let this combo translate well to the screen. We could use a good cleansing after the last one.

Look for more soon.
