Fox Vampire Spoof Gets Title and Star!

Several weeks ago we told you about a new vampire comedy coming from Twentieth Century Fox and Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the duo behind such recent “classics” as Disaster Movie, Epic Movie, Date Movie, and the dreaded Meet the Spartans. Today we have a title and star. We can feel your anticipation from here.
The previously nameless film will now be known as … wait for it … wait … for … it … Vampires Suck. Yes, you read that right, Vampires Suck. See you are slapping your knees already, aren’t you? Well, maybe just out of frustration for now, but at the very least The Hangover‘s very funny Ken Jeong (pictured right) is set to star.
According to Box Office Mojo the flick is still on track for its Wednesday(!?!) release date of August 18th. MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW!!!!! Sigh.
