Ray Park Trades in Dual Lightsaber to Take On a Jinn

Every since the great Andrew Divoff donned the make-up in Wishmaster, horror fans have had a love affair with the mythical beast known as the Djinn. It’s been a while, but there’s a new magical beast looming on the horizon.
According to Marketwire principal photography has begun on Ajmal Zaheer Ahmad’s feature film debut, Jinn. Ray Park (Sleepy Hollow, Star Wars: The Phantom Menace), Faran Tahir (Iron Man), Serinda Swan (Tron Legacy), William Atherton (Ghostbusters), Dominic Rains, Ele Bardha, and Milica Govich are all attached to star.
Ahmad’s film, which he is making under the banner of Exxodus Pictures, will introduce the accurate mythological concept of the jinn to western audiences. Never hurts to stray from the source, eh? Check out the early sales art below, and look for more soon.
