Justice League Dark Animated Movie Seemingly Confirmed

We don’t usually report on rumors or things which have yet to be officially confirmed, but this certainly seems to be legit.
The British Board of Film Classification listed A Sneak Peek at Justice League Dark among the special features for the upcoming Batman: The Killing Joke DVD. So it looks like we’re getting an animated film based on the supernatural version of the Justice League after all.
After many years in development hell, the Guillermo del Toro-produced live-action version of Justice League Dark fell apart, and with Warner Bros. now focusing most of its DC-related efforts on the live-action cinematic universe, an animated Justice League Dark movie seems like a perfect idea, especially when you consider that most of the recent DCU Animated Original Movies have been top-notch and extremely satisfying to fans.
And with Killing Joke proudly embracing its big, juicy R-rating, the JLD film could also choose to venture into more adult territory.
