A Sequel to The Collector on the Way

Now that The Collector (Blu-ray/DVD review here) is finally available on home video (wow, that took forever), director Marcus Dunstan revealed that he’s already working on a sequel!
In an interview with Arrow in the Head, Dunstan revealed that he was “given the greenlight to go ahead and write the script last Wednesday. Dunstan is hard at work developing the story for THE COLLECTOR 2, which he promises will reveal more of the character of who the Collector is and why he does all the crazy shit she does.

He also promises that we find out what happens to Arkin (Josh Stewart) after he’s abducted and thrown in the box, as the story will continue with him and his battle with the Collector.
