Slaughter’s Road Leads to Wolves for David Hayter

It’s nearly a year to the day since we last told you about Watchmen scribe David Hayter’s Slaughter’s Road, and now finally there’s something else to howl about … like say a new title.
According to Deadline New York Hayter’s latest project has a July start date and will now be known simply as Wolves.
According to Hayter (pictured right) Wolves will be like “Twilight with a bit more bite to it, and without abstinence.” He’ll produce through his Dark Hero banner, and according to the article he may also be gunning to get the Deadworld zombie comic book property.
When we originally told you about Slaughter’s Road, now Wolves for those of you who are not quite following along, Thomas Dekker and Ray Stevenson were attached to star. At press time it’s not known if that is still the case. Stay tuned.
