A new poster is here for the flick that’s affectionately known as “the farting corpse movie.” Swiss Army Man, the debut feature from music video duo Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, was one of the most talked about films at Sundance this year. Check it out!
A24 picked up Swiss Army Man out of Sundance. It farts into theaters on June 17th in New York and Los Angeles, with a nationwide expansion to follow July 1st that currently makes it the only R-rated comedy on July 4th weekend.
The film stars Daniel Radcliffe, Paul Dano, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Synopsis:
Hank (Paul Dano) is stranded on a deserted island, having given up all hope of ever making it home again. But one day everything changes when a corpse named Manny (Daniel Radcliffe) washes up on shore; the two become fast friends and ultimately go on an epic adventure that will bring Hank back to the woman of his dreams.
