The third chapter of FVZA: Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency from writer David Hine and illustrator Roy Allan Martinez goes on sale March 24th, 2010, and we’ve got a look at both of the comic’s covers along with a brief synopsis of what you can expect from the final installment in the trilogy.
FVZA, from Radical Publishing, is based on the popular FVZA.org website, created by Richard S. Dargan. FVZA: Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency chronicles a world where a deadly disease, representing a new threat of global terrorism, transforms innocent victims into zombies. A long dormant government task force is called into action: the Federal Vampire and Zombie Agency.
The two covers you see below are by Clint Langley (left) and Jelena Kevic Djurdjevic (right).
Here’s what you can expect in Issue #3: The final showdown between the living and the undead! When Hugo Pecos and the FVZA discover the plans of the European vampire council to infect the United States, they quickly locate the underground headquarters of the vampires in the city. A stunning revelation, a tragic death, and a shocking betrayal await Landra as she journeys into the belly of the beast to battle the bloodthirsty and ruthless Chaucer and the queen vampire herself – Yaelis.
