Quick Riddick Update from Vin Diesel

Thus far everything we’ve heard about the third Riddick film has been pretty damned good. Especially that director David Twohy is looking to go back to the grittier badass feel of Pitch Black instead of the more friendly feel of the second flick.
Over on Vin Diesel’s Facebook page the tough guy actor offered the following:
“Heard from DT [David Twohy] over the weekend. He is very excited about how well Europe went, and is delivering the next draft of the Riddick script this month. P.s. Will be talking to DT next week, maybe he can let me show some concept art of Riddick… Peace.”
The new script centers on Riddick — the most wanted man in the galaxy — left for dead on a barren alien planet, dealing with “trisons” (three-legged bisons), “mud demons”, and two squads of bounty hunters.
That has the potential for a lot of R-rated violence. Please guys, make it so!
