Well, folks, I told you we had some good stuff coming up; and I would never let you down, so let’s get right to it. First, there are a few minor discrepancies to address…
Your Vice Is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key may have had an early release date of October 27th but is definitely scheduled for this week to have a Blu-ray and DVD release. Also, Lust of the Dead 5 initially had a release date of April 5th but is now listed as unavailable. If you find a copy, you’re welcome. If not, I claim zero responsibility.
This is a great week for people who enjoy collections. Our Collections section this week has more than a hundred movie possibilities. What’s great is that a lot of them are classics as well. Names like Vincent Price, Leslie Nielsen, Jamie Lee Curtis, Lon Chaney, Jr., Anthony Perkins, and more show up below, so there’s bound to be something there that tickles your fancy.
This week also sees the second season of “Salem” dropping in our Television section. I was kind of into this show for a little while, but I lack the attention span to keep up with it in addition to other shows I’ve been watching. One day I plan on getting back into it because I thought it was pretty decent.
I’ve only just put a dent in the 27 releases this week so keep reading below. Also, the next couple weeks are still relatively stacked with releases, so be sure to keep checking back.

#Horror (2015)

The Black Cat (1980)

Fusing a classically gothic atmosphere with the decidedly more visceral elements that are the hallmark of Fulci’s films, The Black Cat is a too-often overlooked and underrated entry in the Italian master filmmaker s canon.

The directorial debut of Patrick Brice and produced by Jason Blum (Paranormal Activity, Insidious) and Mark Duplass (Safety Not Guaranteed), Creep’s intense interplay between its two protagonists upends expectations at every turn.

Death Walks Twice: Two Films by Luciano Ercoli
