Even though the movie itself was a complete misfire amongst critics and a good portion of the fanbase, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice went on to make an extreme amount of bank at the box office this past weekend.
Will the new and ever so controversial Ghostbusters reboot make as much? Will it win over the harshest of its critics?Time will tell, but now that the BvS hoopla is outta the way, at least the Internet can get back to complaining about it sight unseen.
Speaking of sights, below you’ll find the latest image from the flick featuring the ladies and Chris Hemsworth.
Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones are our new paranormal investigators along with their loyal secretary Chris Hemsworth. Neil Casey, Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams, Matt Walsh, Pat Kiernan, Cecily Strong, and Charles Dance also star. Cameos will include the original film’s stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, and Annie Potts. Plus Ozzy Osbourne.
The Ghostbusters reboot will haunt the big screen on July 15, 2016.
Synopsis:
Dead criminals from all eras of New York’s underbelly past have returned to roost among the living. Pilgrims, old-timey sailors, Revolutionary War spirits, and even a couple of zoot-suited gangsters are ready to take on four formidable female busters looking to rid the city of its phantasmic filth.
