It’s been a while since we heard anything from the Coffin Rock camp, but today they dropped the trailer for the film in our inbox and offered Dread Central the chance to debut it on the web.
Rupert Glasson’s first feature (read our Coffin Rock review here) has been described as “a skillfully woven tale of palpable unease and gripping suspense.” Here’s the full synopsis:
In the small coastal town of Coffin Rock, Rob and Jess live an almost idyllic life, their relationship marred only by their inability to have children. In a weak moment Jess sleeps with a stranger and later learns she’s pregnant. But the shocking truth is Evan targeted her the moment she walked into the fertility clinic where he worked. Now Jess’ guilt turns to full-blown horror as Evan begins a petrifying transformation from menacing stalker to unhinged psychopath.
The Aussie film shares a producer with Wolf Creek (review here) and Rogue (review here), David Lightfoot; and Robert Taylor, who plays husband Rob, appeared in Rogue as well.
