Just heard from director Tim Sullivan regarding the premiere of his latest film 2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams. Apparently the good folks of Glasgow will be getting the first look at this tale of hellbilly inspired mayhem and carnage!
2001 Maniacs: Field of Screams will have its WORLD PREMIERE at the esteemed Glasgow FrightFest in Scotland on Friday, February 26th, on a double bill alongside Adam Green’s Frozen.
The Scots have no idea what’s in store, but here’s an exclusive glimpse! For the full list of films screening during the annual FrightFest road trip to the Glasgow Film Festival, be sure to hit the above link.
After the sheriff refuses to cover up any further for the maniacs causing all the missing persons in the area, they’re forced to hit the road in what’s dubbed the “Pleasant Valley Traveling Road Show,” where the maniacs head across country in hopes of gathering more victims. We’ll follow a young TV crew called the “Road Rascals” as they find themselves mixed up with another one of the maniacs’ deadly festivals.
