We just dug our claws into some exclusive casting news for you cats! Actress Ashley Park has joined the cast of upcoming horror anthology Terror Tales.
Horror icon Lynn Lowry heads up the cast of the movie, which fixes on a husband who is abducted by a psychopath that gives the man a ride from hell, subjecting him to three horrific tales of the macabre – while his family is held captive in an attached cargo trailer.
Park (pictured), whose upcoming credits include Rogue Warrior: Robot Fighter, Superpowerless, and Day for Night, will play Alisha Harding in the Jimmy Lee Combs-written/directed horror pic.
Segment Synopsis:
Alisha Harding is a frequent customer at Radical Video, but little does she know that a night planned for watching movies and eating popcorn will turn into a terrifying abduction by a serial killer on the loose known as The Sledgehammer. Alisha is also the key to connecting the different characters in the Radical Video segment.
Combs says, “The Radical Video segment in our horror anthology Terror Tales takes place in the ’80s – a fun decade loved and missed by many which also saw the boom of video rental stores. We’re very excited and honored to have cast Miss Asia USA 2015-2016, Ashley Park, as Alisha Harding. Ashley has the perfect energy, positive attitude, and fun-loving spirit that embodies the vibrance of the ’80s and the joy that came with being at a movie rental store.”
In addition to Park and Lowry, Terror Tales also stars “Supergirl’s” Christopher Showerman and Sleepaway Camp’s Jonathan Tiersten.
