REC 3 is Such a Little Tease

With REC 2 (review here) enjoying a some really positive buzz, REC 3 is getting some love in the form of a new teaser image.
The image you see to your right comes from the website for the third entry Rec3LaPelicula. The flick will be coming “Proximamente”, or “Soon” for you lazy Americans that don’t wanna go and look the word up!
Even more interesting is this roughly translated bit from the official REC 3 Facebook Fan Page, which claims that the film will be coming in 2011: “Confirmed a possible pre-production on the film. For now, both the script and the director of the film are being expected.”
No word yet whether or not Jaume Balaguero and Paco Plaza return for round three, but at the very least they’re expected to produce. We shall keep an eye on things for you!
