There can never be too many Christmas horror movies, and in addition to all the features we’ve gotten over the years, there’s thankfully no shortage of short films to help us all pass the time. In fact, today brings a brand new one, which is actually three shorts rolled into one. Oh what fun!
Written and directed by Darren J. Field, Vault of the Macabre’s Scary Little Christmas is a 4-minute anthology consisting of three individual holiday horror tales, and they’re narrated by Adam Baldwin and Larry Kenney. Who’s Larry Kenney? The voice of Count Chocula and Lion-O!
The anthology kicks off with “Santa Claus,” which gives us some insight into how the jolly fat guy deals with naughty boys and girls. Next up is “Footprints in the Snow,” telling the tale of Jack Frost. And finally we have “Traditions,” a tale that puts a sinister spin on the art of stuffing stockings.
