Whew! It’s a busy day in the Twitterverse where The Twilight Saga is concerned with news about all three installments getting some play: Eclipse, New Moon, and even the original granddaddy of them all, Twilight.
First, straight from director David Slade himself: “Twilight Eclipse officially wrapped shooting, at 4.30 am October 29th. Physically and emotionally exhausted. DAVID S” But fans needn’t worry about there being any kind of black-out on Eclipse news over the coming weeks and months. As we reported previously, Slade promises he “Will keep tweeting through post… Its not over until the film is in cinemas.”
As for New Moon, the always reliable EdwardandBella.net provided a look at three new stills and three new wallpapers for the film. Cropped versions of each are below — click to see them larger (stills first, wallpapers second).
Lastly, Summit Entertainment’s Twilight Twitter feed (which still, amazingly, is short of the 200,000 followers it requires before posting “something special” for the series’ fans) reveals that in response to fan demand, everyone will be able to see Twilight before New Moon in theaters for one night only on November 19. Apparently Summit is working with exhibitors to iron out the details, and select theatres will even offer tickets at a reduced price.
