Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever One-Sheet

The story of Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever is a strange one indeed. According to director Ti West Lionsgate seized control of the sequel and recut the film without his approval. West was going for a John Waters feel or Todd Solondz style (which I assume means lots of perverse sex and disgusting bodily fluids), but the studio had other ideas.

So how will everything turn out? We’ll find out this week as the film will have its premiere Saturday, October 24, 2009, at the Mann Chinese 6 theaters in Hollywood, CA as part of the 2009 Screamfest LA.

In the interim, dig on the one-sheet below and look for more on this controversial little film soon!

  1. The only reason I’m considering seeing this is for Ti West alone. Speaking of buses, I sure hope Eli Roth would get hit by one.

Then again, it’s lionsgate so it will probably come out in 20 years anyway. Man! I hate that company.

  2. The one sheet does nothing, but feel like a studio trying to get money. Especially with how big unrated is stamped on it.

It would’ve been nice if the skull was lined up so the eyes were on the bus windows, but it just makes the bus look like it’s smiling. Doesn’t feel creepy at all but at least it’s not a bunch of faces photoshopped in.
