The found footage sub-genre is barely even twitching any more. It’s all been done and done to death, but every so often someone can get it right, so we’re always paying attention. Case in point: Gitaskog, yes, Gitaskog.
Directed by Drazen Baric from a script he wrote with Damien Slevin, the film’s trailer can be found below along with the poster.
Synopsis:
Five friends embark on a camping trip to sacred Native territory and are warned to stay away. When they choose to ignore the warning, they are confronted with strange occurrences, seductive apparitions, vengeful locals, and a deadly behemoth. Their weekend of fun becomes a descent into hell.
