Limited Release Schedule for The Canyon

We don’t want to get our hopes up too high, but it’s starting to seem like we’re seeing a true resurgence in the indie horror market. Thanks to entities like Truly Indie, “little” films such as The Canyon are getting theatrical releases across the country. Granted, they’re small, limited releases, but these days horror fans are happy to take what we can get!

In The Canyon young newlyweds Nick and Lori decide to spend their honeymoon frolicking in the wild and wide expanse of the Grand Canyon, a longtime dream destination for the groom. But when a charismatic and mysterious guide arrives, their wedded bliss suddenly turns into a story of survival. The film is directed by Richard Harrah and stars Yvonne Stahovski, Eion Bailey, and Will Patton.
