I don’t know about you, but the chance to see not just Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1 & 2 (the originals) but Funhouse (pictured) as well on the big screen is almost enough to make me travel the country to catch it. Toss in the cast and crew of all three films, including director Tobe Hooper, and you’d have to pay me not to go.
That’s just what’s happening on Friday, March 23rd and Saturday, March 24th in Mesquite, TX as the monthly Friday Night Frights gets a huge boost from the fact that the first ever Fear Fest convention will be going on a few blocks away!
All the details you could want are right here, but to keep a long story relatively short, there are only 200 tickets for Friday and 400 for Saturday, so buying them as soon as you can would be a fantastic idea. If you’ve already got a VIP pass for Fear Fest, your seat is already guaranteed for Friday, but Saturday is separate altogether so make sure you plan well!
For more on Friday Night Frights visit their MySpace page, and for more on Fear Fest hit the official site. We’re not done with the Fear Fest-related announcements yet, so keep it here to find out what other bits of badassness are planned!
