Pint-Sized Casting News for War for the Planet of the Apes!

The Apes will have to tackle some younger folk as Deadline is reporting that child actress Amiah Miller has joined the cast of War for the Planet of the Apes, the third installment of the rebooted series for 20th Century Fox.
She joins the previously announced Steve Zahn, Woody Harrelson, Chad Rood, Terry Notary, and Gabriel Chavarria. Andy Serkis returns as Caesar.
Matt Reeves, who directed 2014’s Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, is returning to helm from a script by Mark Bomback. Chernin Entertainment, Dylan Clark, Rick Jaffa, and Amanda Silver are producing the film, which begins shooting this fall in Vancouver.
The storyline is being kept under wraps, and we have no word yet on Miller’s character.
War for the Planet of the Apes will be released on July 14, 2017.
