We recently heard from the UK that a limited edition of 28 Days Later was on its way, but don’t fret; it looks like we in the US won’t be left behind in the double dip department.
Due out May 1st, Fox Home Entertainment has announced 28 Days Later: Limited Edition, according to DVD Active. The features will be the exact same goodies that are on the current release with the added bonus of a sneak peek at 28 Weeks Later, the sequel due out May 11th, as well as an animated version of 28 Days Later: The Aftermath, the bridge comic written by Steve Niles.
Of course it will also come with a coupon that will allow the buyer free entry into 28 Weeks Later when it hits theaters. Keep your eyeballs on this very site for way more info on the sequel, which I may have a minor part in, as the release date approaches!
