We told you about the new horror comedy headed our way starring Robert Englund, The Funhouse Massacre, back in August; and now we can report that AMC Independent will be releasing the flick in up to twenty markets on Friday, November 13th.
The Funhouse Massacre, written by Ben Begley and Renee Dorian, comes to us from director Andy Palmer. In the film Robert Englund plays a prison warden who’s in charge of keeping the crazy inmates in line. Said psychopaths include Clint Howard (Evilspeak), Jere Burns (“Justified”), and Sebastian Siegel (“Lost”). Robert Kurtzman (It Follows, Fear Clinic, Texas Chainsaw, Hulk) is the Effects Makeup Supervisor.

Synopsis:
Six of the world’s scariest psychopaths escape from a local asylum and proceed to unleash terror on the unsuspecting crowd of a Halloween funhouse whose themed mazes are inspired by their various reigns of terror.
