Joe Lynch to Introduce Us to the KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM

How’s that for a title? Seriously, it only seems right written out in caps. KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM! We fuckin’ love it! Ever since the better than it had any right to be Wrong Turn 2, we’ve all been waiting for Joe Lynch to get back into the director’s chair. Now he’s returning with a vengeance.
John Landis of all people spilled the beans about Joe’s new project at this past Film4 Frightfest (exclusive coverage and reviews here). A video of the “announcement” actually made its way online, and you can dig it below at around the two-minute mark.
When reached for comment Lynch had this to say, “We’re still deep in development and aiming for a fall/winter shoot. But casting has officially commenced, and we’re talking now with some of the best FX houses in the world to bring the fantastical elements in the film to life; it’s so crazy!”
“I’d been waiting for the right script to do next“, Lynch continues, “and writers Matt Wall and Kevin Dreyfuss created such a killer, genre-bending script that I couldn’t put down. I’m so frikkin’ excited to jump sword-first into this world…and who better to endorse it than one of my absolute heroes, John Landis! It’s time to chew some bubblegum and kick some ass, till there ain’t no bubble-gum left.”
