A Better Look at New Moon’s Volturi and a Peek at Eclipse

Once scans from People Magazine’s story on The Twilight Saga: New Moon hit online yesterday, we figured it would just be a matter of time before Summit provided news outlets with higher res version of the photos, and we were right.
Here are clearer pictures of Dakota Fanning as Jane; Ashley Greene as Alice being threatened by Charlie Bewley as Demetri; and the Volturi power trio of Michael Sheen as Aro, Jamie Campbell Bower as Caius, and Cameron Bright as Jane’s twin Alec.
In addition, just in case you’re wondering how Bryce Dallas Howard is doing filling in Rachelle Lefevre’s shoes (and hair) as vamp villain Victoria in the third installment of the saga, Eclipse, Lainey Gossip recently posted a slew of stills showing Victoria seducing Riley (Xavier Samuel). New Moon, directed by Chris Weitz, opens everywhere November 20, 2009; and Eclipse, currently shooting under David Slade’s watchful eye, is on track for a scheduled June 30, 2010 release date.
