Monster-Mania 7 is set to hit Cherry Hill, NJ this February 16-18th, and as always, Dread Central will be along for the ride.
MM7’s guest list features an all-star Saw reunion complete with Tobin Bell, Shawnee Smith and Leigh Wannell as well as half a dozen victims of Jigsaw’s life altering (or, more accurately, life ending) traps! A second gathering reunites members of The Monster Squad: Andre Gower (Sean), Ryan Lambert (Ryan), Ashley Bank (Phoebe) and Tom Noonan (Frankenstein) against their adversaries Duncan Regehr (Dracula) and Tom Woodruff, Jr. (Gill-Man) along with director Fred Dekker. Other reunions will include getting show regulars Sid Haig and Bill Moseley back with their Devil’s Rejects foe William Forsythe, and they’ve even got Brian Harnois and his fellow SciFi Channel’s “Ghost Hunters” stars!
Think that’s all the star power on hand? How about Tom Atkins, Kane Hodder, Gunnar Hansen and, believe it or not, Crispin Glover, who will be presenting a very special event to field questions on his film What Is It? Point of fact: This show is jam-packed with Q&A’s with your favorite celebs talking about the movies we have all come to know and love. Each one is sure to be a moment you don’t want to miss.
If you need a little break from meeting the horror elite and spending all your cash in the enormous vendor’s area, you can always sit in on screenings of the movies those celebs made famous, which will be screening all day long, every day. And you can’t run around Monster-Mania without first checking in at the Dread Central table, which will be packed with free posters, stickers, movie swag and contests going on every hour!
If you’re within driving distance of Cherry Hill, NJ, you’ll kick yourself if you miss this show. If you are farther away, get your ass on a plane and come hang out with us!
