Writer/director Roman Soni is clearly a fan of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” not to mention horror flicks from the 80s. His short film Strange Night of the Living Dead combines music with blood, guts, and, of course, boobs. It’s probably one of the few places you can find a zombie playing guitar while another drops a few verses. It’s weirdly hypnotic, and what’s more, the 10-minute short is available for free.
“Nikky stumbles upon an abandoned cemetery while trying to escape a masked killer,” reads the description on YouTube. It’s not much of a synopsis, but you really don’t need a lot of buildup.
