Doug Jones Becomes The Bye Bye Man

You can put Doug Jones in literally anything and we’ll watch it. Especially if it’s a horror movie, which we’re happy to say this following story is about! According to Variety, Doug Jones, Douglas Smith, Cressida Bonas, and Lucien Laviscount have signed on to star in horror-thriller The Bye Bye Man.
The film, produced by Los Angeles Media Fund and Intrepid Pictures, is in pre-production now for a November 2 start of principal photography in Cleveland. Trevor Macy is producing for Intrepid, and Jeffrey Soros and Simon Horsman are producing for LAMF.
Stacy Title is directing. Jonathan Penner adapted the script from the short story The Bridge to Body Island by Robert Damon Schneck.
The film recounts a series of terrifying events experienced by three Wisconsin college students, to be played by Smith, Bonas and Laviscount, who are the leads. Jones (pictured) will play the title character.
