Been waiting for more news on Lars Von Trier’s Antichrist, his first foray into horror since The Kingdom? Well, wait no longer because some interesting news came down today via Screen Daily (by way of Twitch).
Apparently Von Treir will collaborate on the script for Antichrist with Anders Thomas Jensen, a very prolific screenwriter who, after checking his credits, has never written a movie I’ve even heard of, let alone actually seen. I really need to get out more, eh?
Not much is known about Antichrist yet, only that it revolves around the theory that Satan, not God, created the world. And this is Von Trier’s attempt at making a “mainstream” picture, if you can believe it. We’re very interested in where this one’s going so keep it here for updates!
