New Abandoned Poster, Trailer!

Looks like a new date has been set for the theatrical release of Nacho Cerda’s debut feature film, The Abandoned (review), which you may recall played very well to the crowds at this year’s After Dark HorrorFest.
Lionsgate will get the film in theaters come February 23rd according to the new poster that showed up over on Rope of Silicon, which debuted alongside a brand-new trailer as well. Though the voiceover is a bit annoying and they overuse titles on the screen, it’s actually a pretty effective little trailer; though it goes nowhere near demonstrating what a truly haunting film The Abandoned is.
