More Mist Victims Cast

The cast for Frank Darabont’s adaptation of The Mist has expanded beyond its initial acquisition of Thomas (The Punisher) Jane today, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Andre Braugher, who was last seen in Poseidon and will next be featured in Fantastic Four 2, has signed on to play Thomas Jane’s neighbor, a high-powered lawyer who’s vacationing in Maine and just happens to go out to the supermarket on the wrong day.
Also added is Laurie Holden (pictured), who played the lead in Darabont’s The Majestic as well as Cybil Bennett in Silent Hill, signing on for the lead female role of Amanda Dumfries in The Mist, which means a lot of screen time with her and star Thomas Jane.
Shooting on the film is set to begin in mid to late February in Shreveport, Louisiana, an interesting place to fill in as a small town in Maine if I’ve ever heard of one. Stay tune for more as we learn it!
