A mere day after a ton of creepy images from the film showed up online, the official site for James Wan’s Dead Silence has opened its virtual doors, complete with a very creepy trailer and even more photos.
For those of you playing along at home, Dead Silence was written by Leigh Whannell and James Wan, the same team who penned the first Saw film, and tells of a young couple who have established a new life for themselves far from their hometown of Raven’s Fair, which is exactly the way they want it.
When his wife is horribly murdered, however, husband Jamie must return to Raven’s Fair and comes across the legend of Mary Shaw, a ventriloquist who was murdered many years before and may be the cause of the string of deaths in the small town in which victims had their tounges removed. Nasty.
