The cool thing about The Purge is it’s a franchise that allows for completely different stories to be told with each new installment, all set on the titular night of horror. But that may not be the case going forward, as today comes word that Frank Grillo is returning for the third installment.
The news comes courtesy of Variety, the site confirming recent rumors that Grillo will be reprising the role of Sergeant in The Purge 3. In Anarchy the character sought revenge on the night of the Purge, only to get pulled into protecting a group of people who were left without shelter as purging began.
