New Horror Web Series/Podcast Scream Addicts to Premiere on Dread Central

In our never-ending quest to continue bringing you guys a ridiculous amount of quality horror-themed programming, we’re happy to announce our latest endeavor… “Scream Addicts”!

Prominent horror website Dread Central and newly formed YouTube channel Mailroom Studios present “Scream Addicts,” a new web television series hosted by horror fiends Jason “Jinx” Jenkins, Chris Lacks, and Tyler Cavin. The show is set to premiere Monday, August 3rd, at 2pm ET/11am PT on dreadcentral.com and will run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
“Scream Addicts” will act as the maiden production for Mailroom Studios and will focus on various aspects of the horror genre. The show will see the three hosts tackle various subjects during its themed episodes and will also feature the trio discussing news and current events in the genre, reviewing recent physical media releases, and answering questions submitted by viewers of the show.
”As a longtime horror fanatic always looking to start up a conversation with friends and strangers alike about my favorite genre, doing a show like this is a dream,” noted Jenkins, an occasional contributor to Dread Central. ”Now, not only can we three scary movie enthusiasts chat with each other about horror, we can open up the conversation to include fellow fans who frequent our favorite website.”
In addition to talking all things horror amongst themselves, the three hosts will welcome questions and comments via Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, a selection of which will be read and responded to on the show.
“Scream Addicts” will also include a companion podcast, with the three hosts speaking at length about the week’s news and subjects at a more relaxed pace, free from the time constraints of the shorter video segments. Each podcast will act as a week closer, premiering on Dread Central every Friday after the final video segment at 3pm ET/12pm PT.
