After months of talking about it, the John Hillcoat-helmed The Road based on Cormac McCarthy’s Pulitzer Prize winning novel of the same name finally has a trailer.
The Road is the epic post-apocalyptic tale of a journey taken by a father (Mortensen) and his young son (newcomer Kodi Smit-McPhee) across a barren landscape that was blasted by an unnamed cataclysm that destroyed civilization and most life on earth.
The Road starring Viggo Mortensen, Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce, Robert Duvall, and Garret Dillahunt hits theatres on October 16th. Visit Yahoo! Movies to check out the trailer!
