DVD and Blu-ray Releases: July 21, 2015

default-featured-image

We’ve got another big week for you here at Dread Central, folks. Hopefully it won’t take too big of a bite out of your wallet. So far as I know, nothing got pushed back so everything you see here is being released this week.

The only discrepancy I noted was that of the Tales of the Supernatural Extended Cut, which has a Blu-ray release date of July 22nd – a day after most normal releases would come out. Not surprisingly, the DVD for the same release has a scheduled release date of July 31st, which is three days later than most other releases for next week (but will still be featured as part of next week’s release list). If you do happen to find either of them prior to these dates, feel free to leave a message in the comments section as I am curious to see if these dates are correct.

Now, on to this week’s list. There are 25 releases this week, although with 6 of those releases being collections AND one of those collections containing 45 movies alone – you get where I’m going with this. There are a lot of choices this week.

Our classics round-up includes I, Madman, Barbwire Dolls, Madhouse, and Boris Karloff in 1964’s Black Sabbath. Additionally, one of the collections mentioned above, the Classic Horror 4 Movie Pack, brings you Vincent Price, Christopher Lee and other legends of the genre.

Fans of the first two volumes of The Hillbilly Horror Show can rejoice in knowing that The Hillbilly Horror Show, Vol. 3 will be out this week while Sharknado lovers will be happy that Sharknado: Feeding Frenzy will be coming their way also.

There are just a lot of releases this week, fiends. Don’t let me hold you up any longer. Read on, and as always, pleasant viewing.
