Robert Rodriguez Confirms New Predator

Breathe easy, horror fans … we’re finally going to get a reboot that we won’t mind very much! Robert Rodriguez confirmed today that he will be taking the Predator franchise and giving it a good once-over!
IESB confirmed the rumors which started rumbling over at Bloody Disgusting about a new Predator film with Rodriguez serving as producer and director, doling out an all-new take on the existing franchise.
The news was confirmed today at a press conference at Troublemaker Studios where Robert revealed his upcoming film slate:
“I’m going to be able to shoot my upcoming Machete here, a sci-fi action film called Nervewrackers, a re-boot of the Predator series called Predators, and a couple of smaller movies called Sin City 2 and The Jetsons,” Rodriguez told the audience.
Given the sad state of films the predators have found their way into lately, all I can say is hell … fucking … yeah!
