No joke! Comedy star Adam Scott (Knocked Up) is making the jump to horror movies, and man, has he picked a hell of a flick to get his genre career started with!
MovieHole reports today that Scott is set to headline Alexandre Aja’s remake of 1978 Joe Dante’s classic Piranha 3D.
The film, also starring Elisabeth Shue, is “set in Lake Havasu, Arizona, where a tremor causes the lake’s floor to open, setting free scores of prehistoric piranhas.”
Nothing quite says Arizona like a school of hungry piranhas! Look for more casting and news on the film soon.
