No Estamos Solos Unleashes a Spooky Teaser Trailer

I’m not well-versed in the world of Peruvian horror flicks — in fact, I know next to nothing about Peruvian cinema — but director Daniel Rodríguez Risco’s upcoming genre effort No Estamos Solos (aka We Are Not Alone) looks like the real deal. Of course, I’m kind of a cheap date when it comes to atmospheric haunted house movies, so you may disagree with that statement.
The folks over at Twitch managed to dig up a synopsis for the flick.
The film follows the story of Mateo and Mónica, a young couple who move to a secluded house outside the city limits with their 8-year-old daughter Sofía. Almost immediately, the little girl is terrorized every night by a supernatural presence, leaving it up to the parents to save her with the help of a priest.
No Estamos Solos opens in Peru this Halloween. Hopefully someone will snatch this up for Stateside distribution in the near future. Until then, we’ll have to make due with this trailer.
