#SDCC15: First Look at Kevin Smith as Wacky Yoga Hosers Villain

Kevin Smith’s so-called True North Trilogy kicked off last year with the delightfully twisted Tusk, and it continues next year with Yoga Hosers. Today Smith has revealed that he’s playing the villain in the film, and to say he’s going to be unrecognizable in the role would be a huge understatement.
“BEHOLD THE BRATZI – a foot tall Canadian Nazi made of sentient Bratwurst!,” Smith wrote on his Facebook page. “THIS is why I shaved my beard months back: to play the villain in #YogaHosers! Come see the trailer and more TONIGHT at my [Comic-Con] Hall H panel!”

The cast for Yoga Hosers includes Harley Quinn Smith, Lily-Rose Depp, Michael Parks, Justin Long, Genesis Rodriguez, Ralph Garman, Jennifer Schwalbach, Harley Morenstein, Stan Lee, Tony Hale, Natasha Lyonne, Austin Butler, Adam Brody, Tyler Posey, Jason Mewes, and Johnny Depp.
In the flick, which was written by Smith, Colleen and Colleen have an after-school job at a Manitoba convenience store called Eh-2-Zed. When an ancient evil rises from beneath Canada’s crust and threatens their big invitation to a Grade 12 party, the Colleens join forces with a legendary man-hunter from Montreal named Guy Lapointe (Johnny Depp) to fight for their lives with, according to the producers, “all seven Chakras, one Warrior Pose at a time.”
