Fresh off of a successful revisit to The Last House on the Left, Wes Craven is looking to take us to a new nightmarish place he calls Home.
Bloody Disgusting reports today that Craven will reteam with Last House redux writer Adam Alleca to create a new horror flick called Home for Midnight Entertainment.
Home follows the story of a man, fresh out of prison and under provisional house arrest in a cabin in the woods, who struggles with his own psychological delusions. No other details are available at this time. Given how well received Last House was, I expect we’ll hear more sooner rather than later.
Shock Till You Drop reports that “Craven and Midnight are no longer attached. The company was developing it at one time, but ownership of the project expired in February.”
Toss this one in the dead rumor file.
