Ramis Talks New Ghostbusters

Amidst all the talk about the next installment in the Ghostbusters saga, it’s hard to know what’s what, who’s in, who’s out, and generally just what the hell is going on. All we know for a fact is that there’s a script being penned by the two writer/producers of “The Office” — Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky. Hungry for an update? How about one from Harold Ramis himself?
Dr. Egon Spengler sat down with MTV News today to bring fans an update.
“We’re all going to be in it in different kinds of roles. We’re going to be the sage mentors. There are going to be young Ghostbusters,” Ramis told MTV. “Bill Murray is just waiting for the truckload of money to arrive to get him out of his office.”
Of course Ramis was just takin’ a playful jab at Murray, who he states will definitely be back with the rest of them. They’re just waiting on the first draft of the script to talk about it. Check out the video below for more.
