Worst Case Falls, Frankenstein Rises

It’s a sad, sad day. Like many of you, we were really looking forward to the proposed zombie epic Worst Case Scenario. Alas, it’s not happening now or any time soon. The project is practically DOA, but there is a bit of a Phoenix rising from its ashes.
According to Twitch Film “due to ‘productional stalemate’ the film is again very much locked in development hell. Apparently there is a Catch-22 in there somewhere with several parties waiting for each other to proceed, and there is no obvious way out in the foreseeable future.”
I know. We’re just as heartbroken as you are. There is some good news though. But before we get to that, let’s look at the promotional trailer for Worst Case Scenario one last time. Sigh.
Still with me? Good! On to the bright spot! Richard Raaphorst, the director of that trailer, also told Twitch that “he’s looking into several different ways to use some of the ideas which got them all excited in the first place, but maybe in a different project.” He even sent them a teaser image.
