Lackluster French One-Sheet for Humains

Well, color me underwhelmed. The good folks 24 Frames Per Second posted the final theatrical one sheet for the French horror flick Humains, and let’s just say it looks more like something Disney might use for one of their films than something that would be used to campaign for a scarefest that looked promising based on the trailer that was released last month.

Take a look for yourself below.

Humains is set for an April 22nd release in France; no word on when it’ll make the trip overseas for distribution.

From what I’ve read around the web (mostly on French sites) Humains might not be too brutal and this poster couldbe dead on.

    I’ll still see it.

Well, if the film is actually a brutal and scary piece of work then I must congratulate the marketing folks on advertising it with such a misleading poster. This could lead to some seriously traumatized theater goers, which I fully support. Kinda reminds me how Roger Avary’s RULES OF ATTRACTION was advertised like an AMERICAN PIE knock-off. Except that then still nobody went to see it.
