The Grudge 3 gets moved backMan, Toby Wilkins just can’t catch a break when it comes to DVD releases for his films. First Splinter gets pushed up a few months with nary a word from the studio, and now The Grudge 3 has been relocated from March to May.

Chances are the date change is to coincide with the Blu-ray release for the 2004 remake, which is now scheduled for May 12th along with the latest sequel. In case you’ve forgotten, The Grudge 3 revolves around a young Japanese woman who holds the secret to ending the Grudge curse. She travels to a haunted Chicago apartment building and encounters a family battling to survive the ghosts. Together they confront the ghost of Kayako to save their souls from their impending tragic fate.

Uncle Creepy’s seen it and reported that it’s not actually too bad; we just have to wait a few more months before we can corroborate that info. Wilkins’ badass monster movie “>Splinter is getting released in April after being moved up a few months, but as we reported a few weeks back, it’s a good thing because it means we’ll get a Blu-ray of it as well.
