Jason II Attacked by Fan!

Warrington GilletteTruth is certainly stranger than fiction sometimes. According to a story in the New York Post, Warrington Gillette, who played Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th Part 2, was injured during an event honoring the new remake.

Per the Post, Gillette got into full costume for the bash – complete with hockey mask and ax – and stepped onto the stage engulfed in smoke blown from dry ice. But he didn’t count on the crazed female fan who, witnesses said, ‘jumped on stage and tried to grab his ax.’ Gillette managed to wrestle it away but sliced his hand badly in the process.

‘It was straight out of a horror movie,’ one spy added. ‘Lingerie-clad models were running and screaming, as a blood-soaked Jason ran off the runway to get to a hospital.’

Sounds like a typical day at the Dread Central offices, no? On the serious side, however, we do wish Warren well!

Here underneath the icy waters of CRYSTAL LAKE, we send our GET WELL wishes to our good comrade, Warrington Gillette! This is a reminder of what BIG Brother Jason Kane Hodder always says about weapon stunts: it’s 99% preparation & 1% execution! MAKE IT SCARY BUT KEEP IT SAFE!!!

    Remember…JASON NEVER DIES!!!!!!!!!!! – Ari Lehman/Jason#1

Wow lmao some people just don’t know how to act.

  • Ggoblin31

Warrington Gillette is the same pussy who essentially quit ‘Friday 2’ after whining about his stunt in the final scene of the film. What a dork.

  • DeTuinman

“Wonder if that was Steve Dash in drag.”
    Man…I just pissed myself.

The mind is like a parachute…it only works when it is open.

  • Gus Bjork

I wonder if this really pisses off Kane Hodder?

    • Jim_McD

Hell, if it was Kane he’d have just picked the woman up and hurled her off the stage. Probably onto something pointy.

  • Sirand

Wonder if that was Steve Dash in drag.
