Vamps Kick Ass Again?

We first told you about Harker a couple of weeks back (here, to be specific) and now Game Trailers just put up the first trailer for this Stoker-inspired vampire slaying console title.
A quick reminder: Developers The Collective made the first Buffy game that came out on the Xbox, and it was surprisingly good. They lost the license, however, and the second Buffy game from a different studio was, in a word, disappointing. Not being done with vampires, instead they turned their attention to the granddaddy of all vampire texts, Bram Stoker’s masterpiece.
Their Harker is a bit Hugh Jackman, and their vampires are a bit like the bat creature from Coppola’s version of Dracula, but damn, does the ass kicking look good!
The combat looks utterly brutal. Limbs are torn off, necks snapped, blood spraying all over the place; it’s just what you’d want from a vampire slayer brawler. Combat aside, the graphics are already looking pretty good for this title that’s still a good ways off.
If Harker didn’t have your attention already, it should have it now!
