Return to Nuke ‘Em High: Volume 2 Is Looking for a Little Kickstarter Love

Fans of director Lloyd Kaufman’s Return to Nuke ‘Em High: Volume 1 might be a little bummed to learn that the next installment is still a ways down the road. However, if you were a huge fan of the reboot of Troma’s classic series, then you can help bring the sequel to fruition by tossing a wad of spare change at the film’s recently launched Kickstarter campaign.
Not surprisingly, Return to Nuke ‘Em High: Volume 2 has already amassed a tidy sum of cash as of this writing. What’s more, the campaign still has over a month to go. However, instead of paying for principal photography and all that cinematic jazz, your money will cover pricy post-production costs associated with putting together the final installment of the two-part story.
“Principal photography has wrapped, and we’ve assembled a working cut of the film we know the world will love. All that remains are the post-production costs: sound mixing, color correction, editing, special effects, mastering, etc. Your generous support will get our movie completed and enjoyed by film fans all over the world!” the campaign website explains.
