Sales art for ParasomniaThe people behind Bill Malone’s “>Parasomnia just dropped us a line with the good news that the film will be getting a very cool, one-night only screening at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood on March 5th, 2009 at 7:30pm!

What makes it so cool, you ask, aside from the fact that this is the first time the movie will be seen outside of Screamfest? A Q&A will preceed the movie with Malone and fellow Masters of Horror Mick Garris, Tobe Hooper, Stuart Gordon and Wes Craven! This will be a special tribute screening to the late world renown Polish artist, painter, photographer, sculptor and fantasy artist Zdizslaw Bekinski who was brutally murdered in 2005. The works of Beksinski has strongly influenced Malone.

Parasomnia is the story of a girl suffering from the titular disease, which keeps her asleep for most of her life. Nevertheless an art student falls in love with her and has to protect her from an evil mesmerist who wants to use her for his own sinister gains.

We’ve still heard no word on when Parasomnia will be officially released so if you get the chance to make it out to this one-of-a-kind event, don’t hesitate!
